Queen Sirikit Botanical Gardens, Chiang Mai
The Queen Sirikit Botanical Gardens are located 30 minutes north of Chiang Mai. They are spread out over a large area so you can drive round and stop at various points of interest, or take the shuttle bus. The Canopy Walkway gives you an annotated bird's eye view with info' boards explaining the flora and fauna. You can also check out the various glass houses: desert, savanna, orchid, carnivorous plants, and so on.
