Chatuchak Weekend Market has hours’ worth of stalls if you have the stamina. And it’s not all tat either, there are a good number of select furniture outlets as well as high-end curios and antiques to attract your gaze. The best way to get there is to take the MRT to the Kamphaeng Phet stop, which leads directly into the market. It can be hot trudging round but you don’t need a map to find the pet section – just follow your nose!
